Hello! Jim, Thank You for the response to some of my speculative opinions as they related to NYRR. I asked myself the question , " I wonder what makes people have speculative thoughts regarding their investment in Stocks?" This most likely came to mind for me , because I was really hoping that we would have received a substantial and detailed press release from NYRR management by now! So! In my opinion we are still really in the dark as far as any factual information is concerned from NYRR Management----resulting in putting me further into a speculative mode. Jim! I was guessing that maybe NYRR would announce a Government Grant and surrounding details ( soon? I hope?)--then I also suggested an opinion that speculated that maybe NYRR was contemplating raising some additional financing ( possibly via a Private placement?)--In turn you thought this would not be one of the possibilities---but after thinking about it further--I wonder if it is possible that maybe one of the qualifiers for NYRR to get the Grant Money (if there is in fact such funds available?)--is that NYRR show some initiative and be required to raise some funds as their part of the committment to make the program work and entitle them to the Grant Funding!-- ---I know it sounds a little bizarre and off the wall--but that's one of my speculative opinions! Next!----Based on the way that the stock price has firmed up recently ( even though the overall markets were down! JMO!)--it's stronger showing indicates to me that something is in the works! So! What is my guess as to what is in the works? Let's try this one! Is it possible that the financials are all but completed and NYRR Management will be releasing the Audited Financials--maybe even up to the completion of June 30, 1998?-----Why do I think this? Well! Maybe it's possible that in order to get the Grant Funding the Audited Financials need to be released? JMO! If the Audited Financials are released--then maybe? Just maybe? NYRR will be able to move forward in some other positive business building opportunites that they may have been restricted from while they were a non SEC Reporting Company! So! Do I think the Audited Financials are a very KEY component for the future of NYRR and my investment in NYRR! YES! But! That's only my opinion! Notice I haven't speculated today on the Conrail lawsuit, buy outs, mergers,new business from NFS, etc.... If and when the audited financials do take place--one could only guess as to the amount of pages needed to complete such a process!JMO! Well! It will be interesting to see what next week brings! JMO! What ever next week starts to bring I hope it brings good things to the NYRR Shareholders that have been patiently waiting for something positive to take place!
