I appreciate you providing the link; although I've been keeping up with the Yahoo GELX message board for a while now. I've not posted there as of yet though. It's been a fairly dead board but not quite as quiet as this one I've noticed, so it could use some additional activity. I think I'll go ahead and do a cut/paste of one of my long posts that I've made here to the Yahoo board to see if it sparks any new activity.

I noticed a few posts by you in the earlier stages of this thread so I'd say you've been a shareholder longer than me. Personally I stumbled onto GELX while doing research on Genzyme and saw about the joint venture on Renagel. I noticed in the news just today where Biogen was going to enter a distribution partnership with Genzyme in Japan for Avonex so it looks like were in some pretty good company as far as casting our lot with Genzyme's marketing. So it would appear that Genzyme is pretty active these days in seeking out partners with which to market late stage or already approved drugs. Therefore I guess it's quite possible that Genzyme is in the running to partner on Cholestagel. So Genzyme and Merck would appear to be good possibilities.

This board and the Yahoo board might be pretty inactive at the moment but if GELX starts to realize some of it's potential that could easily change. I just equate posting to an inactive board of a company I have lots of confidence in as being in on the ground floor of something which could turn out to be very big someday in the future.

Although you mentioned GELX IR saying that no immediate press releases were planned I can envision the pace of news picking up in the near to intermediate future. Possibly things such as....

1. Renagel approval
2. Cholestagel partner announced
3. Cholestagel phase 3; 6 month results announced
4. Cholestagel phase 3; 6 week results announced
5. Cholestagel NDA filed
6. Obesity drug lead compound identified
7. Obesity drug phase 1 initiated

Sprinkle in a press release or two about Renagel sales and looks like a lot will be happening over the next year.
