Laser: The confidence of desert dirt investors is pretty low these days. Just look at their stock prices. I am about as skeptical of these companies as anybody. But in a strange way, this violation does lend some credibility to their claims that they are producing something out there. After all, the finding by the AZDEQ is that "GPGI is a milling and leaching operation." We now have official government conformation that one of the desert dirts is actively doing something besides issuing PR's <VBG>. Maybe if the IRS finds them in violation of tax laws, they'll be on their way <VVBG>
