Lastly, you might want to hire a layer next time who call spell the word "indict" correctly: "All of the issues raised by this letter is enough to indite and convict WellRich of all charges."

I would say this though, Jeff all of the "X'ed" out stuff seems to be spelled correctly. It lined up quite neatly, almost like a programmer with too much time on their hands wrote it rather than an attorney.
