Bob, A funny thing happened to Eric, as soon as he sent that letter he got enough subscriptions to keep him going. It seems that a lot of people liked his newsletter but just mooched along without paying on his free trials as he was very loose with them. After all he has an excellent track record. right about BRE-X, IPM, MAXAM, NAXOS, Winspear, wrong about KRY. What others can you give right/wrong. Can the others point to as good a record? What about those fooled by IPM?, He was not.
We are speaking of many people who have investments in the $100,000 + area in assorted stocks. With e-trade so cheap spending a hundred or so a year on a newsletter is wise, esp when it might just save you $50,000 or more. There was one fellow who was left holding the bag on over 50,000 shares of IPM when the iceberg shattered the hull.
In addition Charters is far more knowledgeable technically than almost all the other newsletter writers some of whom are really con men who use their newsletters for stock manipulation, like Ch*****s, don't you know.
You may carp at Charters as your ox has been gored, but how many are sitting quietly and happily on their money because he got them out in time. Of course then there is KRY, but who can overcome 3rd world corruption and bribery.
So give his newsletter a shot, the golds are turning and the bottom is littered with good feeding if only you knew what to bite and what was poisonous.
