I agree Lawrence. Any time, from now on, I hear the "SEC filings are being processed..." I am selling that stock. It has become the number one warning sign of a decrease in share price. If DGIV breaks it's hint/promise this time I am selling and never looking back (from a long position) other than to trade. If that happens DGIV will go to $1.25 and stay...
