Sounds like Joe Podolski is a better negotiator than Steve Jobs! When Steve Jobs sold NeXT to Apple, when Amelio was in charge of Apple, most people thought Apple overpaid enormously. Apple did overpay and what they paid allowed Steve Jobs to take over the whole company, and oust Amelio entirely. Although, great for APPL, really bad business on the part of Amelio. Similarly, Joe may have gotten a deal whereby ZONA gets rich on SGP payments without ever getting FDA approval in the US. $5 million for submission, $5 million for acceptance of the submission, $5 million for every little country that approves. Pretty soon Joe will own SGP. LOL! The thing is, I don't think he'll be as good for SGP as Steve Jobs was for AAPL. After all, how long could SGP ride on drugs that just don't WORK? Linda Linda
