Come on Skeeter, The guy did not have
intercourse with her, in marital law, without intercourse the marriage is not
consummated, no matter how many "fondlings" and "touching" and even commission of
the sin of "spreading your seed in vain" (ejaculation or masturbation), thus, he did not
have a "sexual relationship" (it was an "inappropriate relationship"), and therefore, he did
not commit perjury. This inappropriate relationship could not serve as grounds for bigamy, adultery or even rape in any of our court. Impeachment is a legal issue, perjury is a legal issue and Starr wasted our money and came up with zip.

Here goes $40 MM down the drain. Starr was going to find "something", and since
Clinton has a permanent itch behind his zipper, Starr went after the only fault he could
find. The whole thing started with White water and he found, zilch, then file gate, Zilch, then travel gate zilch. Starr could not even find an instance where Clinton used a postal stamp (paid by us tax payers) to mail a private letter? I say, the one with no sin cast the first stone, and pox on both their houses.
