Chris....I agree. Rampant speculation in pennies usually signals that a top is near. Alot of things that are affecting our stock market are not market related, ie. Clinton, overseas woes-even though these worries carry some weight since some earnings are tied to these countries welfare, our country's economy remains strong IMHO. I think we've blown everything out of proportion as we usually do. The stock market definitely runs in cycles. The problem is knowing the length of these cycles. If you can wait out a bear market and pick up good companies at a bargain, then, maybe you stand a chance of making a sizeable return on your investment. Buying at tops when the "noise" is the loudest is a recipe for disaster.
