I will positively feel negative about our country and
our politicians if Clinton stays in office after
his prayer meeting apology precipitated by poll
analysis rather than integrity and character.
I may even get further depressed if the majority
of Americans polled over the weekend opine Clinton
should not resign. I wish all poll participants would
first be screened for voter participation before
inclusion in any results. If they haven't voted once
in the last six years exclude them from the survey.

Japan will not downgrade its debt, Moody's et al may do
it for them. This is only rumored. Japan has impeccable
ability to pay in my estimation. They suffer however
from social inertia and problem recognition. Unfortunately,
shock therapy seems to be the only way out. And we may feel
the voltage.
