John I feel that companies are keeping very silent about assessment until they actually are remedied. This of course is frustrating investors and CEOs, because we see the price of the stock dropping or very unpredictable, like TAVA. cnn.com I am debating if I want to risk getting back in before earnings. Probably many have the same feelings. It could go either way as we all know. Good luck to all. :^]
