I did a quick check of the SEC web site and found that all their lawsuits begin with:

"SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION v."

Jeff,

I was thinking the same thing.

And I would challenge Icabod to provide us the Case #, or Civil Action File #, for this SEC action against Wellrich.

It should be publicly available.
