Hi Frank I hope its a clear view from way up there, Do you have any thoughts on the Bell Atlantic and IXTC announcement.I don't know what the charges would be of course but it seems that they have come to a agreement maybe regarding the handoffs.It may signal a precident is about to be set for some additional actions from other RBOCS and CLECS.This would be nice in the wake of so many setbacks regarding Deployment objectives.I wonder Who's gateways Bell Atlantic may use in this area unless they have a vendor in mind I would think that Lucent and or VocalTec may be in on the ground floor.Just a hunch considering The latest news.They seem to indicate that this will be happening before the end of the year.Thats fast moving.Have a good Day along with the splendid View.
