Hi Waldemar - It would be interesting to know how many shares are represented on this board, but I doubt that there is any way to obtain an accurate count. My guess is that the total number is small when compared to that of institutional investors and major shareholders.

There has been a lot of chatter about replacing officers, directors, and management at all levels, but I have not seen a coherent proposal as yet. Much of the frustration felt by some shareholders on this board was probably due to the low stock price, lack of response by Novell's management to questions from participants on this board, Novell's ineptness in countering negative or missing press coverage, and not having a clear picture of Novell's master plan.

Recently, Novell's management has been responding to some of the questions and concerns that have been expressed on this board. The questions were put to management via E-mail (available for review in previous posts) by several of this board's more active participants.

In my opinion, the responses from Novell have been reasonable and informative. There are some limitations as to what the company can represent to the outside world regarding their business plans, so not all questions were answered to everyone's satisfaction.

Novell provides a lot of information on their web site for those who are willing to take the time to review it. And there is positive information there to provide hope for those who would like to believe in a successful outcome.
