Hi Steven,..Re: He was originally appointed to investigate Whitewater This was my point. Given the original objective, how did the final report end up as a discussion of Clinton's sex life? Not disputing anything that you have stated and also not concluding that Starr has abused his original mandate, just can't quite connect it all and how it got from issues related to Whitewater, travelgate and filegate to sex in the Oval office. I also don't take any of it lightly, only question why, given the original mandate, has it evolved into a sex scandal supreme? The original allegations were far more serious than apparently what has been presented. Was this because nothing could be conclusively proved regarding the original allegations or because the current misconduct is the easier road to censure and maybe impeachment? Best, Lee
