Mr. Cavalry,
Mr. Sylver cannot "make a deal" with the shortsellers of AZNT. The SEC, NASD and the Federal Judiciary who assisted in the cleansing of the AZNT market would not look to kindly upon being an 'accomplice'. Don't fall for the 'short's' traps. The premise is laughable.
