zenker, My hidden agenda.... If asking questions or making comments which you consider stupid causes you to post relevant information, then I guess you have found me out. Some of this could have been avoided if the press release had been just a little more complete. For example, couldn't it have made some reference to "Telemetrix has been in business for X years and last year had revenues in excess of $X"? The same for WTC. The lack of such basic information is why I have to ask the questions. And a "deemed" price of .50 hasn't really encouraged most of the people here. BTW, I don't believe the bid ever reached .90. In any event, since Dennis had stated that his goal was to have the stock trading at over $1 and listed on the small caps by year-end, why would I sell so cheap? In fact, I have bought more since that time. Your sudden appearance (member since 9/11/98), your references to you and your institutional friends, your partner in NY (is that Rochester, NY?) and your adamance to quash anything other than rah-rah on this board makes me wonder what your agenda is. I would love to be surprised by the valuation and am looking forward to it. Regards, AD
