These are hardly claims of exclusivity. Funny how the company in its own public statements makes no such claim. It seems that they let you front run this issue for them and make this claim on their behalf. As you say you are only a shareholder, and we should rely on the statements of the company. On this basis you should be careful not to continue to make this misrepresentation. The company has not said this.
Since you cannot supply any quote from any document claiming such an exclusive arrangement, your continued misrepresentation of this is a clear demonstration of your intent to mislead investors through public statements. May the gods assign you a gentle cellmate if you are found to have a compensation arrangement with AZNT or Michael Sylver.
