CMD-CARE MATRIX ADDING TO MY WATCH LIST NOT A PLAY YET
here is a stock i have followed for years, one day this is a huge winner, now i see what happened to the share price this a heavily shorted stock 30% of float is shorted with avg daily volume it would take 35 days for shorts to cover. will post dd on this one next week
assisted living facilities are a home run. 65% of all people age 65 or over will need some form of long term care in their lifetime.
95% of those people will not need nursing home care
they will need assisted living or custodial care huge difference.
way too many nursing homes compared to alf's. more than half of the people who need this care will need it due to altzheimers and other cognitive impairments.
they will be able to perform activities of daily living they just need someone to watch them. alf's are like apartments people move their own things into, nurse on call but not doing everything for the occupants.
this is one of the things in life that is inevitable,
the ones with money will be able to afford a alf close to their families and loved ones, the poorer ones will be shipped off hours upstate to where land values are cheaper. very few visits from loved ones when you are hours away in a home somewhere.

cmd is buying up all the prime locations on the east coast in affluent communities, they will have and do have the premier locations and when the time comes the wealthy will be throwing money at cmd to let them in one of their facilities.

will get into the explosion of long term care policies being sold by the likes of ge capital and travelers, millions of policies which all
pay for alf's. if people have these policies and need the care they will have the means to pay for it.

cmd will make their money from these ltc policies and their policy holders.

check the #'s the baby boomers are aging, they will all need this
not happy or pleasant just a fact of life.

will add more on cmd one day this short position will pop like a cork from a champagne bottle.

cmd is now on m8 balls watch list.
