Correction, Noorda is not on the Board, I was an idiot, but.... Caldera does compete with Kayak. Both will be lower cost web servers. Noorda does own a bundle of Novell stock. If Novell dumps the low end of the market because it decides to surrender to NT then Noorda does stand to gain, in fact I would expect he offers to take that piece of the company in any low bid buyout.
