masturbation - The act of stimulating the sexual organs by hand or other means without sexual intercourse.

Ok so we can do it to self or another. But we are still talking about the *sexual organs*, so why can't masturbation be considered sexual relations. It is in my book. Seems to me to want to split such fine hairs one is in the process of trying to hide something. I should think that masturbating another has everything to do with sex.
