Sam,
Thanks for your candid reply.
I ask you now sincerely, may I meet with you in say, 500 years to discuss this matter further? The reason I ask this is to ensure that neither of us will be inhabiting the mortal body of this time.
I believe that there will be a high probability that such a meeting can be arranged. If circumstances beyond our control prohibit this appointment, may I trust that we will each understand?
Sam, I am not poking fun; please understand that according to the Gospel I embrace that, ". . .we see through a glass, darkly; but then, face to face: Now I know in part, but then shall I know even as also I am known. . ."
I believe that at that time, what we all know and embrace in this current life -- either by firm knowledge or by sincere or willful ignorance -- shall be then drastically enlarged, repudiated, or modified. Do you agree that this is so: That the next life will illuminate in some degree, at least, what we know in this one?
Sam, I am curious: What do think the next life brings to bear on the journey of our spirits?
Regards,
Stan |
