bill. my take. by definition, yes.... as the indicators reflect the machinations at work and at work within what will [after the fact] come to be known as exactly that. it will be a rally in relative terms, although why the rubber band snap is referred to as a a rally is beyond me. a rally connotes for me a broader, and conscious sentiment. flick
