FEAR in general -tlab may cancel the deal, cien can't live up with
competition alone, and more contracts canceling. if you are confident
that cien could turnaround, this is a bargain. to me, i rather take
a small loss like i did in pair than see the losses getting more
serious. it's not too late to get back in when things are calm down.
still a lot of buying opportunities through OCT and DEC. Good luck.
