Frank The supply chain model,yes its alive and well it seems and will always be it.The cooperation of BellAtlantic and itxc may be the flip of these announcements.I believe BA would rather be up front and get it on someone elses billing and account then hassel with its own right now.USWest and SB I guess feel they can capture the market in retrospect with a charge to the isp's in one form now and the packet switch model later.Its a down right disgrace.You don't join them you tarif them to death.This will heat up you bet and I sense a ugly reply from the RBOCS when they get rug pulled out,Maybe even a rally to IP. Lets hope!
