Joe, I saw David Tice on CNBS -one of those rare moments when I had the mute off -g- He says $200 Billion in loans made to Russia with love ( ho ho ho ) . The bull says its only a small % of banks assets (loans) and the bull claimed foreign loans were only 6-7% of banks assets ( I question that one)-it will start to add up globally especially when compared to the banks capital. Looks like de banks are in for a severe dose of tough love. Mike
