I haven't checked their latest changes, but did try their CyberWallet a year and a half ago. You put money into the wallet by allowing CYCH to debit your credit card. The wallet resides on your HD. Then you pay online merchants who use the service from the wallet. The Cybercash site should have a description. There is a competitor who allows you to pay fractional cents, even. GM
