Zeev, it honestly pains me to write this, because I hold you in high esteem. But, since you insist on making incorrect remarks and then repeating them, I feel I have to correct you.

First, Clinton was testifying (in both the PJ depo and later GJ testimony) about sex with a definition that he and his legal team insisted upon. Even that narrow definition makes it clear that he knew he was perjuring himself. If you think he is a moron who just didn't understand what any 10 year old understands, then perhaps the "legally accurate" excuse would stand up.

Second, impeachment is NOT a legal process, it IS a political process. "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" is whatever the House Judiciary Committee says it is. One of the key articles of impeachment against Nixon was that he lied to the American people; and not even under oath. So, if similar standards apply, in your mind, to Democrats as they do to Republicans, then Clinton's finger wagging denial of "sex with that woman" should be enough to convince you of his "impeachability."

Please, Zeev, read up a little before you continue your apologizing for this sleezebag who is not worthy of your support.
