Every speech he makes will be hilarious. His entertainment value is now at a peak. Jay Leno will be telling us hundreds of jokes about Monica and Bill. Bill will give us two more years of great comedy for free. It's too bad the Democrats don't have a sense of humor. Bill has advised Senator Lieberman that he will endorse him for re-election even though the Senator has been mean to him lately. Jim
