That's Clinton's legacy. After all, he's already earned the title of "the nuclear proliferation President" since his sale of missile tech to China for campaign cash was the impetus for India and Pakistan to go nuclear. He also gave nuclear tech to North Korea! As George Will said last week, if it weren't for all Clinton's scandals we would be discussing his utter lack of competence in foreign policy. Clinton is an all-purpose, universal disaster. Clinton and his suporters have earned the ridicule of history. Enjoy!
