The Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the US cannot go on national TV and point his finger and declare that he is telling the truth while he knows that he is lying. exchange2000.com Can a President of the US who has lied numerous times under oath in a Federal criminal investigation before a Federal grand jury remain in office?
