This is great news and greatly increases the chances that the companies will recieve damages for lost profit potential. If CalFed gets the best possible award, CALGZ should hit $58. In addition, a new securityunder the symbol CALHZ will be issued as the takeover of CalFed is completed. This is like a call option on CALGZ.
