Stockman, Perjury means Clinton BELIEVED he was Lying (MANY WELL KNOWN LAWYERS SAY HE IS RIGHT). And there was nothing in the case that shows that he believed that. Even now Clinton claims he is LEGALLY ACCURATE Unfortunately for Clinton, if he is impeached he will have to stand trial in the Senate. He and his lawyers will have to stand in the well of the Senate with the Chief Justice of the United States presiding in front of the 100 Senators who will be his judges. He then have to argue in front of these people that he didn't commit purgery because he didn't think he had had sexual relations with Monica. You think this argument holds water? The argument that he believed that he wasn't having "sexual relations" is ludicrous. What did he think he has doing? Giving dictation? His recklessness in office and lying under oath has destroyed his credibility and his political influence. Until this is over, the power of the US Presidency has been diminished. He still has a voice but who will listen and believe him? This is entirely his doing. Barry
