I'm not afraid of the precedent. I don't think consenting adults should be punished, period. The point of my post was that the reason companies get crazy over managers having sex with subordinates is that they fear lawsuits, even when the sex is consensual. They overreact. Do you work in an organization? From what I see and hear from others, any sexual relationship at all, even between peers, scares the hell out of the legal eagles. Considering that most people meet their spouses in the workplace, it's a real strange development.
