It appears in the report that there will be more to come. In other words, this tactic of "they crawled around here for years and unearthed every possible thing and this is all they have?" will implode when the rest of the info is released by Starr to congress. If this is the case, I cannot imagine how Clinton can survive it. I don't think this is factored into the market at all..the rally yesterday seemed built on the idea that this was all that there is. If the next release is all about Whitewater, how does he survive?

And why is the media not making it clear that this is not the entire package; it is stated right in the report that this is the first release and more will come shortly.
