You are very naive.

The truth of this matter is that nothing would happen. People, attorneys and judges lie much of the time.

Ask any attorney about the character of the law in your town off the record and you will get an answer that you do not want to hear.

"How much justice can you afford"

"It is all a big money game".

"Never go into arbitration against a big institution or corporation because you will as an individual lose."

Perjury in sex trials is almost never prosecuted.
