OTOT... furthermore, Clinton will not only have to convince the Senators that he wasn't lying, using his own interpretation of sex, but do so convincingly enough that the Senators won't have a problem explaining their "not guilty" vote back home...... Should he succeed,(doubtful,IMO), I think that the rules about sexual misconduct in the Uniform Code of Military Justice will have to be re-written(and maybe some courts-martial reopened), plus alot of civil legislation regarding sex in the workplace can probably be toasted. Whatever the law, I think it will quickly become apparent that the man can't govern, any credibility he has left will drift away on the wind. Next thing they'll be pushing Gore out to give Ms "Stand by your man" a shot. That's the mentality of this bunch.
