This is one giant assumption on your behalf, speculation if you will. You speak of credibility and fact, and you present neither, but your skepticism and shawdowy dealing conspiracy scenarios, though based on your current woes I understand your distrust of these note arenas, there could be others like yourself present[sic] Are there laws regarding the sale of insider securities? Are these not reported to the sec? Are not edgar filings made? Has aznt has made public statements contained inside of official news releases, as to their intended purpose of the actions pursued in the judicial system regarding the reduction of the outstanding securities and securities in the public hands, and to increase securityholder value? Then if the above is the case, if aznt mangament dumps four million insider securities into the publics domain, there will be ms shell's much hoped for trading halt, for that would be a clear violation of securities laws. What you propose is illegal actions being undertaken by aznt management, actions directly adverse to public commitments, when the judicial system has already ruled regarding who has committed the illegal actions, in case you missed ms shell's and mr mitchell's posting of the news releases.
So what you base your scenarios is that aznt will commit legal violations? I guess if I were you and had the lack of scruples you confess to, then I would be suspicious too. I, on the other hand, believe that aznt management does not want to go to jail. If what you propose occurs, aznt management will go to jail, plain and simple. They have requested in their press releases that securityholders request a delivery of their security certificates. If they place four million new issues into the float, AFTER requesting this, they are certain to go to jail, that is fraud. They have no chance of possibly getting away with this, NONE. Public press releases, sec scrutiny, edgar filings, and security laws dictate that they can not fulfill your scenario. Bests,
