Roy, BTO is a method to optimize the inventory control based on
customers' preference and hence it's very hard to have spare time for
them particularly for the current situation. Well, no stock is a lot
better than excessive stocks, demand far exceeding supply is always
better than the other way around. Apple has reduced its goods
production to delivery cycle to their extreme to lower inventory
costs. I don't see there is a significant impact so far and hope in
the future.
