He hasn't a clue what he is talking about.

There are approx. 300 airplane refurbishers in the U.S. Of these, Napier has 60 already. No doubt they use paint strippers. There are massive industrial uses as well. The global aerospace paint stripping industry is worth more than 100 million annualy. Who cares what the comsumer market is even though DinBC thinks there isn't one. The OSHA numbers are not a lie. Read the numbers and see how much paint stripper is made every year in the U.S. Do you suppose it is just stacking up in warehouses? Doubt it.
