Here is some information on Fidelity's Gold Circle Stock Commission Schedule. These rates were effective 7-17-98.

Eligibility
Minimum balance of $20,000 and 72+ stock, bond or option trades in calendar year.

Online Rates
$14.95 for the first 1,000 shares plus $.02 for each additional share
Maximum 5% of principal, subject to the minimum
Minimum $14.95
Limit and Stop Orders: No additional charge

Representative-assisted Rates
$25.00 for the first 1,000 shares plus $.02 for each additional share
Maximum 5% of principal, subject to minimum
Minimum $25
Limit and stop orders: No additional charge.
