Mr. Sylver cannot "make a deal" with the shortsellers of AZNT. The SEC, NASD and the Federal Judiciary who assisted in the cleansing of the AZNT market would not look to kindly upon being an 'accomplice'. Don't fall for the 'short's' traps.

Moving along: are we seriously to believe that a lawsuit filed in federal court on Tuesday has already been settled? Get real.
