No, nothing in the political arena is non-partisan. Just disputing the statement, ".....the President is accorded less rights than any citizen". Both parties were represented by those who agreed to the procedure re: distribution of Starr's report. To blame Henry Hide or anyone else for the consequences arising out of Clinton's past activities is just not thinking things through. Also, the Republican's don't want to see Gore in for the next 2 years. He would be an incumbent President and twice as hard to defeat. Jim
