Dan - I missed the question about Ingram Micro. MicroAge has also been on the path to do more sophisticated integration, and started earlier, but Ingram seems to have developed the idea of 'BTO outsourcing' and honed it into a real business model. There is many a slip 'twixt cup and lip, but I am likewise impressed by those guys and think they are onto a good thing.
