In a nutshell......
Bill is a womanizer. (I edited out what I really want to call
him, but it rhymes with corny.) <g> (What can we say on SI?)
After he got into the White House, he tried to "cool it".
Lay-off the women for a while. But the Old Lady, Stiff,
Lizzy, Madam President or whatever she is, Hillery, is "not
that kind of woman". So the depraved President can't control
himself any longer. So Bill gets rumor that Monica is a
"loose" woman, and besides, she goes after him.
Well, ole' Bill figures as long as it's just between the two
of them, and he leaves no "evidence", how can he get caught?
Thing of it is, he's so worried about getting caught & not
making it through his entire term, He actually does a exceptional
job as President. Thinking & hopeing that, us Americans,
will look at his job preformance and forgive him for being
a molester. Oh, I mean a womanizer.
Sorry Bill, I don't think it worked.
OH, and that $40 million was well spent!
