the squeeze is in my opinion not going to be triggered by a court order forcing shorts to cover.
when people have to call in certs for 5% dividend this will trigger the covering if the mm's are actually oversold.

if i call in my certs in name form
can i still sell up until the actual certs are delivered or is this position in my brokereage account frozen from the moment i request the certs, i will call both dlj and smith barney monday for answers so tell me the truth or say you don't know.
