Enough with this OT and Clinton stuff! Quite frankly Clinton might be the least of our problems. 1)Why isn't anyone talking about DEFLATION? Will the market tank taking interest rates with it? Like in the 1930s or in Japan today. 2)How about slowing earnings growth of the S&P 500? Analysts still project a 12+% growth in the fourth quarter. Most likely it will come around 4.0%. 3)What about this market's high valuations? The DOW needs to go back to 5500 to get back to historical value levels. Don't think it can happen? Wasn't the Nikkie at 40,000 a few years ago? 4)All this talk of lowering interest rates....It usually takes a year for the cut to make an impact...We don't have this kind of time! I read an article on News.com that they expect a slowdown in Silicon Valley next year.
