the squeeze is in my opinion not going to be triggered by a court order forcing shorts to cover...when people have to call in certs for 5% dividend this will trigger the covering if the mm's are actually oversold.

The problem here is that AZNT themselves sold stock a little more than a year ago that had a one year restriction, so good luck keeping that stuff from hitting the market now. As you've seen by looking at the 144s filed, those people are not insiders, they are people who participated in various offerings. Did you know that AZNT hired yet another venture capital firm after WellRich to bring in buyers for them? You're looking at a potential parade of sellers.

Yeah, sure, Sylver has asked for and been granted the right to review all 144 sales, but I seriously doubt he will just refuse to honor every single one that comes through. Besides, that would only last for 30 days unless he got a court order nullifying the sale for each and every person that filed an adverse claim because of his actions.
