Mr. Mitchell,
The other firm was Alexis. Mr. Zapara was tried in a court of law and the accounts holding his illegally obtained 144's have been frozen by the court. Mr. Zapara, like he did at OVIS, used his shares, illegally obtained in this case, to back Mr. Mork's short. Mr. Zapara cannot cover. It appears Mr. Zapara will be going to jail, doesn't it?
It wasn't AZNT who sold 144's illegally, was it? It was Mr. Zapara and Mr. Charlie. Who's shares are frozen in the Citibank account Mr. Mitchell?
