Responses that also offered NO information or source as to anything remotely resembling rebuttal. This one was just too much. You either didn't read Bmart's post with any thought involved or you somehow just missed the meaning in context. Only someone on a suicide mission would "make a deal" with the shortsellers since so many eyes are on this. Your response: Moving along: are we seriously to believe that a lawsuit filed in federal court on Tuesday has already been settled? Get real. Think Janice. The press release said a case was filed. It didn't say it was filed that day. And, since the next release described the outcome, doesn't that ALSO tell you something? YOU get real. Pleeezze.
